OUR APPROACH
We worked with Pentland Brands (owners of Speedo, Berghaus, ellesse and more) to launch the Pentland Collective: a Youth Advisory Board to deliver fresh outside-in Gen-Z perspectives.
RESULT
Quarterly ideas and recommendations to the Executive Leadership team and extra firepower to HR, Marketing, Sustainability and ERG teams.
